I really have no clue what I am doing and urge you to proceed with caution. But I thought it would be fun to have a place to voice my opinion on all things related to food. I will attempt to update this blog with my many food escapades. My goal is to introduce new and exciting foods as well as rehashing old favorites to whoever it is that might be interested in reading this thing.  I  am by no means an expert, I simply love food and love to cook it.
